Word of the day....

....FIRE!! Due to a wildfire burning out of control a mandatory evacuation was ordered and we had to leave our home. My spinner's flock was left behind since we had no way of moving them (along with all the barn cats). We were allowed back in to check on them. They are all doing fine. It appears the fire has moved past our home. Tonight finds my loving hubby and I staying at a hotel. Our five dogs are staying with friends. There's been no news of when we can expect to be allowed to go back home.
