Happy New Year!

I saw the old year out and the new in spinning on my Navajo spindles. The one on the right (bird's eye maple) has 4 ounces of Leicester Longwool singles on it. The spindle on the left (bamboo) has a Shetland/silk blend on it that is being plyed. The spindle is much easier on my finer yarns when it comes to plying than my wheels are. I prefer plying from a plying ball which helps immensely.
