Visited my favorite quilt shop yesterday. Took the little Canon with...just in case. Turns out it was a good choice. The fields of canola are in bloom right now. All the little "houses" you see dotting the fields are for the bees....to encourage them to visit all those lovely yellow blooms.
The hives were a new addition to the fields. There were stacks of them...with lots of activity. Thank goodness for zoom!
